We offer several easy ways to schedule an appointment — by phone, through specific clinics or online for some appointments. 

When you’re ready to make an appointment, have your child’s insurance information and any referral details on hand. Our scheduling team will help you book the right appointment and guide your next steps.

Scheduling Hours 

  • Monday–Friday: 7:30 a.m.–6 p.m. 
  • Saturday: 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

  • Primary Care Clinics: Call for sick visits, immunizations and well child exams 

Some appointments may be able to be scheduled through MyChart  a secure, convenient portal where you can also view test results, message your care team and manage medications.

24/7 Nurse Advice Line

When your child is sick or injured and your primary care provider is not available, call (816) 234-3188 for advice from the Children's Mercy Nurse Advice Line. Or, you can request a callback online. We are available to answer your questions 24/7.
