Outreach and Education
 Children's Mercy Critical Care Transport offers direct dial phones which will connect you with the Children's Mercy Hospital Communications Center by merely picking up the handset. One of our Certified Flight Communication Specialists will answer and direct your call quickly and efficiently. The direct dial phones may be used to activate the transport team, direct admissions or consultation. The brightly-colored phones can be installed on a desk with an existing analog phone line at no cost to your facility.
